Every moment counts

I’ve struggled with anxiety for most of my life.

Getting stuck in my head, caught in loops of what ifs and what’s next.

This project is for people like me who, like me, need a reminder to live in the moment. In reality.

The simplest and most straightforward way to get out of your head is to write it all down.

This is a series of notebooks I created just for that.

For moments of summer warmth

For people who, even in the best of times, cannot help but doubt.

Am I in the right place? Am I wanted here? Are they having as much of a good time as I am?

In my culture, “End of orange season” is a phrase used to describe the shift from winter to spring- when the sun shines warm enough to go outside with your loved ones.

This illustration explores that exact feeling of friendship, outings, and teenage exploration, creating a moment that feels like a never-ending summer dream.

For quiet moments

For those whose brain is the loudest when everything else is silent.

When the sky is all orange, early in the morning, you’ve just woken up, far too early, with plenty of time before the day starts. It’s quiet and a bit eerie. You have time for yourself, time for the little things that make you who you are.

For busy moments

For those who get overwhelmed with tasks.

Inspired by my own experience working in the tech industry.

A look at the dream of remote working: the sun is shining, you’re by the pool, and everything feels light and easy—where the line between business and pleasure starts to blur.
